Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many part of the university is thinking for undergraduate students for there courses should include a period of time spend in studying or doing a work placement. There are numerous reasons behind the phenomena. it has positive/negative impacts on society as well as individuals. Both the causes and effects are discussed in the following write up.
Firstly, if we take how it going to be impact on our youth in a good way then many individuals get high amount of job in there local area they don't have to travel or searching for vacancy. On the other hand, it effect in there nation also because their economic will be increase if many students are doing job. Moreover, market is also playing good role in this their will be very vast variety different shop or cafe. Furthermore, after this their will be very less changes for monopoly because more students taking their dreams and converted into business.
Secondly, there is a cons site also many of the students going to decide not visiting school as a knowledgeable hub they are just going their as a employee. Additionally, if this happen then students are not gain knowledge they are just improving there experience working outside. On the other hand , eventually it will be effecting on the university as a no upgradation for a students and getting their reputation decrease.
In conclusion, i stick with my stance that their will pros and cons in this field. Moreover, if university decide they promoting job settlement then students take as a part time job and equally focusing on the periods.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt but lacks depth and clarity. While you acknowledge both sides, the arguments are underdeveloped and often confusing. For instance, the claim that students working will prevent monopolies is unclear and lacks logical support. The position is stated in the introduction but becomes muddled in the conclusion, where you suggest a compromise rather than clearly weighing the advantages against the disadvantages as requested. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-explained idea supported by relevant examples or logical reasoning. The current arguments are too brief and lack the necessary elaboration to fully address the task requirements at a higher band level.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow is frequently interrupted by unclear phrasing and awkward transitions. While you use cohesive devices like 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'In conclusion', their usage is often mechanical or incorrectly applied, such as 'On the other hand' being used where it does not fit the context. Referencing is also problematic; for example, the use of 'there' and 'their' is consistently confused throughout the text, which makes it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of ideas. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring clear, consistent referencing would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often inaccurate, which frequently impedes communication. There is a heavy reliance on basic, repetitive words, and many phrases are used incorrectly, such as 'job settlement' or 'no upgradation'. You also struggle with word forms and collocations, for example, 'many part of the university is thinking' and 'there will be very less changes'. To reach a higher band, you need to expand your range of vocabulary and focus on using words in their correct context. Avoid using informal or non-standard phrasing and work on mastering common collocations related to academic and professional topics.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often cause difficulty for the reader. There are significant issues with subject-verb agreement, sentence structure, and the misuse of homophones (e.g., 'there' vs 'their'). Many sentences are fragmented or lack proper structure, such as 'if we take how it going to be impact on our youth'. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often faulty and contain errors that obscure the intended meaning. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring correct verb tenses, and proofreading for common errors like article usage and pluralisation.
