Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this technical era, there are umpteen universities with the well infrastructure, well trained staff, facilities that are crucial for students and help them to learn more frequently. However, they are still lacking into provide students work placements or spending time for studying in abroad. I believe that this need to be mandatory for students learning growth and the positive points of this would outweigh the disadvantages.
The first and the foremost reason is, gaining experience. There are numerous reports indicate that students are facing difficulties to find jobs related to their study fields and it is because of lack in work experience. For instance there was report issue by the frank furt university in 2025 and it shows that the students are not able to find job because thy do not have any experiences.
However, if colleges should start a period of time that student start studying abroad to gain more experience or getting placements in well known companies, that can boost the knowledge of students and also help to increase the productivity of work and overall, it help in the growth of the nation as well as.
But on the flip side, it is to expensive for colleges to give chance to spend time in studying abroad. Overall it rise there cost and that ultimately leads to increase in tuition fees for each and every individual.
In my opinion, still getting time to study in different nation or doing a work placement overshadow its disadvantage. because in future, it is going to help them to find high paid jobs and which ultimately contribute to the economy.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention the benefits of work experience and the drawbacks of cost, the arguments lack depth and specific, well-explained examples. For instance, the reference to a 'report by the frank furt university' is vague and lacks sufficient detail to fully support your argument. To improve, focus on expanding your points with more logical reasoning and concrete, realistic examples that demonstrate the long-term impact of these programs on students and the economy.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'The first and the foremost reason', 'However', and 'on the flip side' to connect your thoughts. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as the repetitive use of 'and' to connect clauses. Additionally, some transitions between sentences feel abrupt. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that the relationship between sentences is more fluid and natural.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for a higher score. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and incorrect word choices, such as 'well infrastructure' (should be 'good infrastructure'), 'learn more frequently' (which does not fit the context), and 'it rise there cost' (should be 'it raises their costs'). You rely on basic vocabulary and struggle with collocations. To improve, try to incorporate more academic vocabulary and pay closer attention to word forms and standard collocations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('it help', 'it rise'), article usage ('in abroad'), and punctuation errors. For example, 'there was report issue by' should be 'there was a report issued by'. While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. Focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and ensuring that your complex sentences are constructed correctly.
