Student answer (Band 6.0)
the students enrolled in undergraduate programes should always go through the specific time period of studying abroad or instead getting an internships in their relevant courses.
I completely agree with the given idea, as it may give students a practical work experience in their specific targeted market. If this can bring to practice it may bring unlimited advantages to both the students and market. As, it has been observed that maximum of youth is facing unemployment issues due to lack of work ex[erience in their relevent field. if the idea of studying abroad is implemented it may also address the problem of unemployment and confidence issues.
Furthurmore, the students will also go through the practical experience of going through a job. It will also develop communication and team building skills in students. Confidence of being a strong team is also required in most of the companies. Also they will be exploring new country's culture and rules of studying.
As far as my thought process goes i haven't seen any disadavntage of taking these steps. Taking this step will only bring bright future and prosperity to the young leaders and the authorities of the big comapnies and country. Although, Comanies keep on finding the new talents, but they always also require relevant work experince and practical work.
To summarize, making this decession will obviously outweigh it's cons. And it will bring happines and prosperity in the life of students. The idea given will not only give the pratical work experience to the students but it will also give them a certificate of being an experienced employee for their upcoming hiring companies.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of mandatory study abroad or work placements. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you mention unemployment and skill development, these points are not fully extended with specific examples or logical depth. For instance, you claim there are no disadvantages, which limits the critical analysis required for a higher band. To improve, ensure you explore the counter-arguments or potential challenges (such as financial costs or academic disruption) to provide a more balanced and comprehensive discussion, as expected in an academic essay.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally repetitive (e.g., starting multiple sentences with 'It will also'). The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the logical flow could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'nevertheless'). Additionally, some referencing is unclear, such as the phrase 'If this can bring to practice', which lacks a clear antecedent. Improving the variety and precision of your transitions will significantly enhance the readability of your work.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'getting an internships' (should be 'undertaking an internship') and 'bring to practice' (should be 'put into practice'). You also rely on somewhat simplistic language like 'bright future' and 'happiness'. To reach a higher band, focus on using more academic collocations and precise terminology related to education and employment, while paying closer attention to pluralization and article usage.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that occasionally impede the flow. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'maximum of youth is facing'), incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'if this can bring to practice'), and spelling errors (e.g., 'programes', 'ex[erience', 'relevent', 'decession'). While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors prevent the text from reaching a higher band. Focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and ensuring that your complex sentences are constructed correctly without missing auxiliary verbs or prepositions.
