Student answer (Band 5.0)
There is a great discussion that universities should need a time in there undergraduate program for student to study aboard and might work there. This action will help a student with good exposer about work life in different countries and help then to know more about the people and culture of different nation . I believe that it is a very best opportunity for students.
This option help student to get a exposer about the studies in the different continents from there home country . Help them to now more new things about there domain and help them to take knowledge from another faculties from the globe , This program also help to student to get now more about new culture and people this help them to make a broad understanding of there based on there knowledge and now more about the work culture and more things .
But there are also some negative impact of this program is that it is very expensive for many student to afford living abroad , there are also some negative impact like if a student is not good at communication then it might be difficult for him or her to live there and work ,and the dialect also impact the student in there studies if it is not possible to student understand that what the professor is going to teach them.
So I believe that the advantage is more important then disadvantage so the advantage are important ,I am going with the advantages.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of mandatory study abroad or work placements. However, the development is limited. While you state your position, the arguments are repetitive and lack specific examples or depth. For instance, you mention 'work life' and 'culture' but do not elaborate on how these experiences specifically benefit a student's future career or personal growth. The conclusion is also very brief and lacks a summary of the main points. To improve, ensure each paragraph introduces a distinct, well-supported idea rather than repeating similar points about 'culture' and 'knowledge'.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the progression of ideas is often unclear due to repetitive phrasing and a lack of cohesive devices. You rely heavily on simple sentence structures and repetitive transitions like 'help them to' and 'help to'. There is a lack of logical flow between sentences, making the text feel disjointed. To improve, use a wider variety of linking words such as 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'nevertheless', and 'in contrast' to connect your ideas more effectively and guide the reader through your argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is quite limited and repetitive. You frequently misuse words, such as 'exposer' instead of 'exposure' and 'now' instead of 'know'. There is also confusion with basic word forms and collocations, such as 'very best opportunity' and 'take knowledge from another faculties'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas clearly. To reach a higher band, focus on learning the correct spelling and usage of academic vocabulary and avoid repeating the same words throughout the essay. Using synonyms and more precise terminology will significantly improve your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'This option help student'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or lack proper punctuation, making them difficult to follow. You rely almost exclusively on simple sentence structures; there is a lack of complex sentences, which are necessary for higher band scores. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of prepositions and articles before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
