Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is often argued that the all universities should include the opportunity of forgein study and internship for bachelor students during their studies. I believe that its advantages outweigh its negative outcomes.
To commence with the pros of studying abroad, first it is a great chance for every student to experience a foreign education system that not only elevate their porfessional portfolio and but also broaden their thinking spectrum that provide a great edge to get an employment in high reputed company. For instance, all multi-national companies pioritize every job seeker on the basis of their past experiences. Furthermore, it is also a best opportunity to expand their networking beyond boarders and interacts with different cultural values. Consequensely, this experience would benefits a scholar in both practical and work life.
Moving toward the positive outcomes of work experience, the foremost benefit for learners is that it provide a better exposure of professional life during their student journery, that would help them to workout on their weak points which they filter out during their working. Moreover, it is also fulfilled the work experience requirment that is the basic demand of my high-pay jobs. For example, many bank jobs require at least one year experience in relevant field. As a result, educators can improve themselves while getting practical expourse before gradution and also increase their chances to secure an employment right after study completion.
Despite these positive outcomes, their are some disadvantages of aborad education and work placement. While studing in a foreign country a person have to become independent in their daily chores and maintain them efficiently. Meanwhile, the internships can reduce the amount of time students have for their studies, which may result in lower academic performance.
In conclusion, studying aborad and vocational traning during their educational juorney is the best approach to get professional exposure along with personal development and help them to ace in their professional life while maintaing work life balance efficiently.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, clearly stating a position that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. The ideas regarding professional development and networking are relevant and supported with examples, such as the mention of multi-national companies and banking roles. However, the discussion of disadvantages is somewhat superficial; the point about 'daily chores' is less relevant to the academic/professional context than the impact on study time. To reach a higher band, the arguments could be more deeply explored, particularly by balancing the 'disadvantages' section with the same level of detail provided for the 'advantages'.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a central theme. Cohesive devices such as 'To commence with', 'Furthermore', and 'In conclusion' are used to guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are minor issues with referencing and flow, such as the awkward phrasing in 'that would help them to workout on their weak points which they filter out during their working'. Paragraphing is used appropriately, and the progression of ideas is generally easy to follow throughout the response.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The range of vocabulary is adequate for the task, with attempts at topic-specific language like 'professional portfolio', 'vocational training', and 'multi-national companies'. However, there are frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'forgein', 'porfessional', 'pioritize', 'Consequensely', 'expourse', 'gradution', 'aborad') and some awkward collocations (e.g., 'thinking spectrum'). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding the message, they are frequent enough to limit the score. Improving accuracy in spelling and word choice would significantly enhance the quality of the writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are several grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues ('all universities should include', 'it provide a better exposure', 'a person have to become') and article usage errors ('the all universities', 'the best opportunity'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are some run-on sentences and missing commas that affect readability. While the meaning is clear, the frequency of these errors indicates that the student has not yet achieved the level of control required for a higher band score.
