There are numerous merits about it. Study abroad is extremely crucial factor for students. It considered as a park and parcal of life. Through this they can built their confidence, imporve communication skills and more other aspects. Furthermore, they can understand the different culture and consequently, they become more responsible resident and independent individual. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response attempts to address all parts of the prompt regarding whether the advantages of studying abroad or doing work placements during undergraduate courses outweigh the disadvantages. A position is presented, concluding that both aspects offer great opportunities. However, the development of ideas is limited and superficial. For example, the arguments for advantages are briefly listed ('build their confidence, imporve communication skills and more other aspects') without deep elaboration or extended supporting examples. The disadvantages are similarly stated in a generalized manner without strong supporting evidence. Consequently, the response aligns best with Band 5, as the ideas are under-developed and the overall positioning could be clearer and better sustained throughout the text.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay displays some organizational structure with distinct paragraphs, including an introduction, body paragraphs addressing merits and drawbacks, and a conclusion. However, the overall progression is hindered by repetitive and meta-commentary sentences in the introduction, such as 'I will articulate both aspects in the upcoming paragraphs' and 'Therefore, now we will discuss its advantages.' Cohesive devices are used, but sometimes inaccurately or mechanically ('On the other hand', 'In conlusion'). Paragraphing is attempted, but some paragraphs are overly fragmented or lack smooth transitional flow between sentences. Referencing is occasionally unclear, placing the text firmly in the Band 5 category for lacking a clear overall logical progression and using cohesive devices repetitively or inadequately.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is relatively limited and repetitive, with noticeable spelling and word choice errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. Examples of errors include 'insitutues' instead of institutes, 'pratical' instead of practical, 'postive' instead of positive, 'park and parcal' instead of part and parcel, and 'dauting' instead of daunting. The writer attempts some less common phrases like 'integral role' and 'double-edged sword', but overall, the range of vocabulary is restricted and adequate only for basic communication. These frequent slips in spelling and collocation place the lexical control at a Band 5 level.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but many attempts at complex sentences are faulty. There are frequent grammatical, punctuation, and agreement errors throughout the text. Examples include 'A lot of educational insitutues undergraduate program should include...' (subject-verb agreement and preposition issues), 'Study abroad is extremely crucial factor' (missing article), 'not every courses have requirement' (plural/singular mismatch), and 'As far as i am concerned' (capitalization). While simple sentences are generally understood, the high frequency of structural and mechanical errors impedes fluent reading and aligns with the Band 5 descriptors.
