Student answer (Band 4.5)
In my opinion they should these kind of courses have lots of advantages than disadvantages.
For example:If a student studying in aboard or they are having a lecture of aboard studies, courses they are already ahead of some other students thise who are wasting there times on such type of course which are dead or have no successful future.
Taking about the advantages of studying abroad course, firstly aborad university offer lots of scholarships which helps the students in long run.
pluse if a student get accepted in a abroad university and graduate with good grades they have higher chance of getting a permanent job there. And eventually a citizenship.
These advantage are from long run.If we are talking about having a period in which we study abroad course, firstly its depends on the student if have any menas of interest in it,if ge isn't interested in these type of course so its a waste of time for him.
On the other hand if a student is interested and thkar these course seriously then, after completing the course he can work as a part timer or he can word online for abroad people. He acn start his on business depending on which course he chose.
To wind up the things all undergraduate should have a period of time for studying abroad course these type of course have lots of advantages than disadvantages.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You give a clear overall opinion that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and you mention possible benefits such as scholarships, employment and gaining experience. You also acknowledge a drawback: a placement may be a waste of time for a student who is not interested. However, the response does not fully address the proposal that every undergraduate course should include either study abroad or a work placement; most of the discussion focuses on studying abroad, and the work-placement option is not developed. Several claims, such as students being “ahead” of others or gaining citizenship, are asserted without explanation or a relevant example. The response is also 21 words below the required minimum. Develop fewer points with clearer reasoning and support to address the task more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic overall shape: you state your view, present advantages, consider a disadvantage, and finish with a conclusion. Connectors such as “For example,” “On the other hand” and “To wind up” help signal these stages. However, the ideas are not consistently grouped or developed into clear paragraphs, and the progression can be difficult to follow. For instance, the discussion moves from scholarships to permanent jobs and citizenship, then shifts to whether a student is interested, without clearly linking these points to the requirement for all courses. Some transitions are mechanical, and references such as “these type of course” are unclear. Use separate paragraphs for your position, benefits, drawbacks and conclusion, and make each paragraph develop one main idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “scholarships,” “permanent job,” “part timer” and “business,” so the main subject is generally understandable. However, the range is basic and several expressions are inaccurate or repetitive, which sometimes makes the meaning harder to follow. Examples include “courses which are dead,” “a lecture of aboard studies” and “a period of time for studying abroad course.” There are also frequent spelling errors, such as “aborad,” “thkar” and “menas,” and word-choice errors such as “word online” where the intended meaning appears to be “work online.” Aim for precise topic vocabulary and check spelling and collocations; for example, distinguish a study-abroad programme from a work placement.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt some longer sentences and conditional structures, including “if a student is interested … then, after completing the course he can work,” but most sentence patterns are simple or are joined in ways that are difficult to control. Errors are frequent and sometimes obscure the intended meaning. For example, “In my opinion they should these kind of courses” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “if a student get accepted” has subject–verb agreement and verb-form problems. Articles, plurals and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “a abroad university” and the run-on “there. And eventually a citizenship.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “if,” “because” and “although.”
