Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some people want to move abroad after completing the bachlor degree and some want to remain in the home country and continue their studies or work.
The topic today we are discussing is "All university undergraduate courses should include a period of time spent studying aborad or doing a work placement". If we take look into this matter, we it would be really costly and can't be possible for many students because of expenses. Most of the students do part time work to cover their study expenses and some took loan for this reason. This is actually not possible to include a period of time in all undergradute courses to study or work abroad. It can be possible in only a few scenarios where goverment cover the expenses of students to go abroad.
I am still in favor to not go abroad for anytime in studies. There should be good system in the home country about the studies which make the students more skilled and professional in their field. They should have no need to go abroad for studies or work as they should given everything in their own country. After the studies people should be free to go abroad or work in their own country at their prefrences and interest.
Promoting student to go abroad could be a loss for the country itself if the people want to study and work abroad. A country can lose the skilled professionals to send them abroad for any reason, who could have work in their own country and give back in return what they get from their country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear view that students should not be required to go abroad, and you offer relevant reasons: the financial burden on students and the risk that countries lose skilled graduates. These points address the disadvantages of a compulsory placement. However, the question asks whether advantages outweigh disadvantages, and the advantages of studying or working abroad are not discussed. Your position is therefore only partly supported, and the claim that students should receive everything at home is asserted rather than explained with examples. To strengthen the response, briefly acknowledge benefits such as gaining practical experience or cultural awareness, then compare them directly with the costs and explain why your chosen side outweighs the other.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure: an opening, a discussion of cost, a statement of your position, and a point about the country losing professionals. The ideas are generally understandable, and phrases such as “For this reason” and “After the studies” attempt to connect them. However, progression is limited: the opening about people’s choices does not lead clearly into the argument, and the final paragraph repeats the concern about going abroad without developing a distinct point. Connections between claims are sometimes unclear, particularly between the need for a strong home education system and the conclusion that students should not go abroad. Organise the essay around a clear comparison of advantages and disadvantages, using each paragraph to develop one main idea and its support.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “expenses,” “part time work,” “skilled professionals,” and “work placement,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “take look into this matter,” “in only a few scenarios,” and “give back in return.” Spelling errors, including “bachlor,” “aborad,” “undergradute,” “goverment,” and “prefrences,” also reduce accuracy. These issues make parts of the argument less clear and precise. Build a more varied set of terms for costs, educational benefits, and employment experience, and check spelling carefully. Prefer natural collocations such as “cover their living costs” and “gain practical experience.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a conditional idea in “It can be possible in only a few scenarios where government cover the expenses.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to read. Examples include “we it would be really costly,” “they should given everything,” and “who could have work in their own country.” There are also problems with agreement and verb forms, as in “government cover,” and with sentence boundaries and punctuation. Practise building accurate clauses with a clear subject and verb, and check each sentence for agreement and tense. For example, revise “they should given everything” to “they should be provided with everything.”
