Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is a wide spread believe that undergraduate studies should have a semister in aborad for learning or may be as a work opportunity. I completely agree with this statement, as it provides good exposure and ample of job options
First and foremost, the benifits of studying abroad for undergraduate students will be untimited exposure and better job opportunities in the future, while work placement for a period of time will give them good experiance on there CV and help them deside their carieer goles. This will provide the students with much need betterment in their lives. For instance, some students how want to pursue higher studies abroad can get a lived experence through this facility. Furthermore, this exposure of meeting new people and learning out of one's comfort zone can help revile one's inner talent.
In contrast, the drawbacks of this programe can be brain drain from the nation and possibley be quite expensive for students how cannot afford it without funding. Although this is just a prediction but some teenagers or new adults can feel pear pressure which can lead to serious mental health conditions. For example, many multinational companies offer job to worker abroad they then after an experiance of a developed country does not want to return back to their home country.
In conclusion, the pros out way the cones I honestly think students should get chance to study abroad or possibily work there so they can have better job offers and meet new people and learn from them.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the opening: you agree that students should have an overseas study or work experience, and the conclusion restates this view. You address both benefits and drawbacks, including exposure, future employment, brain drain, cost and pressure on young adults. These are relevant points, but some are more fully explained than others. The discussion of exposure and career benefits includes examples, while the drawbacks are mostly asserted; the claim about pressure leading to serious mental-health conditions, for instance, needs clearer explanation or support. The response also does not directly weigh the two sides in detail. To strengthen it, explain why the benefits outweigh the costs and develop each main point with a specific, credible example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a benefits paragraph, a drawbacks paragraph and a conclusion. The progression from advantages to disadvantages is easy to follow, and signposts such as “First and foremost,” “In contrast” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. This coherent arrangement is a strength. However, some links between ideas are abrupt, and the examples do not always connect clearly to the point they are meant to support. For instance, the multinational-company example needs a clearer link to the claim about brain drain. The conclusion also repeats earlier points rather than drawing the comparison together. Use referencing more precisely and add short explanatory links so the relationships between claims and examples are explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “exposure,” “work placement,” “brain drain,” “funding” and “mental health conditions.” These choices show some range beyond basic everyday language. However, spelling errors and inaccurate or unnatural word combinations are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause, as in “wide spread believe,” “ample of job options” and “betterment in their lives.” Several words are also repeated, particularly “students,” “exposure” and “better.” Aim to learn accurate topic-related collocations and check spelling carefully. For example, “valuable international experience” is more natural than “untimited exposure,” while “career prospects” expresses the employment benefit more precisely than “job options.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use both simple sentences and attempts at more complex structures, including a contrast clause beginning “Although” and a relative clause in “students who want to pursue higher studies abroad.” This gives the response some structural variety, and the main message is generally understandable. However, some sentence patterns are not controlled, especially in the final example: “they then after an experiance of a developed country does not want to return” has unclear subject–verb agreement and an awkward sequence of clauses. There are also errors in articles, prepositions and sentence boundaries, such as “a semister in aborad” and the comma before “as it provides.” Practise building complex sentences around one clear subject and verb, then check agreement and punctuation.
