Student answer (Band 5.0)
Undergraduation journey is important for the formation of a better career for every students. This four year is the building and working time for everyone on themselves to present them internationally.. From my view, all universities undergraduate courses should include a period of time spent studying abroad or doing a work placement.
Firstly, universities have introduced us to learn many courses and we learn the subjects according to our own national curricular. So if universities include a course for a period of time spent studying abroad it will be beneficial for every students to learn the international curricular rather not been stucked on their own national curricular. For example, if there have included a course which will be completed in korea and will be teaching it for three months. When the students will go there they will definately able to learn how korean faculties are teaching this particular subject to their students along with that they will be able to compare their education system with them. As a result , it gives definately a positive outcome for their learning and prepare themselves for perform internationally.
On the other hand, doing a course internationally can build themselves more confidently to represent them for in any sector of their life. Moreover, to gain more practical knowledges and learning the communication skills perfectly it also need to do atleast one undergraduate course internationally. Thus, it could be the main strategy for a nation even to grow more and build their future generation perfectly.
To sum up, universities can take this tricks technically to form their students to make them perfectly fit in international sector. It will be definately helpful for their present formation as well as for making their better future along with that ensure a better work place.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You give a clear general view that international study or placement would be beneficial, and you offer relevant points about comparing education systems, gaining practical knowledge and improving confidence. However, the task asks whether the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and you do not discuss any disadvantages or explicitly weigh the two sides. Several claims are also asserted rather than explained: for example, the idea that international study helps a nation grow is not connected clearly to the student’s experience or supported with a specific example. The response therefore addresses the topic only partially. To strengthen it, consider both benefits and costs, then explain why one side is more significant.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “On the other hand,” and “To sum up” help signal movement between sections. However, the progression is not consistently logical: “On the other hand” introduces another benefit rather than a contrasting point, and the second body paragraph does not develop a distinct argument. Some links are mechanical or unclear, as in “along with that,” while repeated references to international study make the discussion feel circular. Organise the body around separate, developed points and use linking phrases that accurately show whether you are adding, contrasting or explaining an idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “curricular,” “education system,” “practical knowledge” and “communication skills,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are noticeably inaccurate, sometimes making meaning awkward: “Undergraduation journey,” “stucked on,” “practical knowledges” and “take this tricks technically” are examples. Repetition of “internationally” and “better” also limits precision. Aim to learn common academic word partnerships and check whether a noun is countable or whether a phrase sounds natural in context. More precise expressions would help you explain the benefits and any drawbacks clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a conditional example beginning “if there have included a course,” and you use clauses to explain possible outcomes. However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to process. Examples include “every students,” “This four year is,” “it also need to do,” and “prepare themselves for perform internationally.” Verb forms, subject–verb agreement, articles and sentence construction need more reliable control. Punctuation also needs attention: the introduction ends with two full stops, and spacing around commas is inconsistent. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a correctly formed supporting clause before extending them.
