The pie chart and survey table display respectively the proportion of library users and how much they are satisfied or dissatisfied about overall services.

Overall, full-time undergraduate students represent the largest proportion of library users whereas academis staffs use this facilities least. The helpfullness of staffs get the most positive feedback but the avaiability of journals are bit low so the library users show dissatisfaction in this genre.

Distance learning students avail half of the part-time postgraduate students about 8%. Academis staffs exercise it the least which is only 7%, 1% less than that of distance learning students

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0

You address both visuals and provide a clear overview: undergraduates form the largest user group, academic staff the smallest, and staff helpfulness receives the strongest satisfaction. The figures you report for the user categories and for opening hours, staff helpfulness, journals and Wi-Fi match the data. Your comparison of journal satisfaction as relatively low is also supported. To make the report more complete, include the book-availability results, which are an important part of the table, and compare satisfaction across more of the services. Also clarify that the table reports satisfaction levels rather than general dissatisfaction: for example, 5% rating staff helpfulness as “fairly satisfied” is not dissatisfaction. These omissions and the slightly imprecise overview limit the coverage, despite the relevant selection and accurate figures elsewhere.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0

The response is organised into an introduction, an overview, a paragraph on user categories and a final paragraph on satisfaction, giving the reader a clear route through the two visuals. Sequencing expressions such as “Overall,” “The pie chart shows” and “Finally” help signal the stages of the report, and the main comparisons are generally easy to follow. Some linking is less controlled: “Then comes to the survey report” is awkward, while “Finally” suggests the Wi-Fi result is the last item even though book availability has not been covered. The final paragraph also groups several table rows without a consistent comparison pattern. Use more direct transitions and organise the table results by strongest and weakest satisfaction, ensuring all key categories are included.

Lexical Resource: Band 6.0

You use a reasonable range of task-related vocabulary, including “proportion,” “represent,” “dissatisfied,” “favourable” and “reliability,” so the main information remains understandable. There are, however, several inaccurate or unnatural choices and spelling errors that reduce precision. For example, “how much they are satisfied” is an awkward way to describe satisfaction levels, and “exercise it” does not naturally mean use a library. “Academis staffs,” “helpfullness” and “avaibility” are misspelled, while “genre” is not suitable for a service category. Aim for standard collocations such as “library users,” “satisfaction levels” and “availability of journals,” and check spelling carefully. This would make the vocabulary more accurate and appropriately formal.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast with “whereas” and a relative clause in “which is 44% of total use.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but some grammatical errors remain, particularly with articles, agreement and sentence construction. For instance, “the library users show dissatisfaction” needs an article or a more natural plural construction, and “the availability of journals are bit low” has a subject–verb agreement error and a missing article. “Library user highly satisfied” lacks a verb, while “only 5% of them are fairly satisfied” needs a clearer grammatical link to the preceding clause. Review sentence completeness, singular/plural agreement and article use, then proofread each sentence for a clear subject and verb.
