The chart and a table display the outcome of a survey of library users at a university in terms of five different categories.
Overall, it can be seen that most of almost three-fourths of the users of the library are full-time graduate and postgraduate. In contrast, not a single individual is not satisfied with opening hours and staff members, while some are dissatisfied with the other three categories.
However, looking at the categories distribution of the library users, most of the users are the full-time undergraduates, holding 44% of the distribution, while the second leading category is full-time postgraduates, using 25% of the time. In addition, 16% of the proportion is held by the part-time postgraduates, whereas academic staff and distance learning users hold small portions of it, 7% and 8%, respectively.
On the other hand, coming to the satisfaction levels of the users, in terms of very satisfied, fairly satisfied, and not satisfied. Coming at the opening hours of the library, 65% of the people are very satisfied, while 35% are fairly satisfied. 95% of the people feel very satisfied about the helpfulness of staff, whereas 5% are fairly satisfied. Half of the proportion of people are very satisfied about the availability of the book, while 40% are fairly satisfied and 10% are not satisfied. Additionally, 45% of the people feel very satisfied about the availability of the journals, on the other hand, 35% and 20% contribute to fairly satisfied and not satisfied. Nevertheless, 48% of the people believe they are very satisfied about the reliability of the wifi, while 33% and 19% feel fairly satisfied and not satisfied.
