The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates different groups of library users in one university, and the table provides information about their satisfaction. The figures are given in percentages.

Overall, it can be seen that the full-time undergraduates accounted for the highest proportion of library users, while academic staff and distance-learning students had the lowest shares of library users. In addition, library users were mainly satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff, whereas dissatisfaction was the highest with the availability of books.

In the pie chart, the library was mostly used by full-time undergraduates, accounting for 44%. This was followed by full-time postgraduates, which was almost twice that of full-time undergraduates. However, both distance-learning students and academic staff had the smallest percentages, which were half that of part-time postgraduates, recording 8% and 7%, respectively.

Looking at the table, the majority of library users were highly satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff, at 95%. This was followed by satisfaction with the library's opening hours, which stood at 65%. In contrast, none of them were dissatisfied with the library's opening hours and helpfulness of the staff. 20% of library users were not satisfied with the availability of journals.
