Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The provided pie chart depicts the information about the category of different library using personnels in percentage and the table demonstrates their satisfactory level in three distinguished category.
Overall, full-time undergraduates are by far the most users of library, considerably higher than that of full-time postgraduate users, while it is less popular among the academic staff. Regarding the feedback, library opening hours and helpful staffs are the key factors of high satisfactory level.
The library users peaked at 44% of full-time undergrad, following the second popular users of library, full-time postgraduates, are responsible for 25% of the pie. After that, part-time postgraduates and distance learning (all courses) users combinedly stood for 24%, while the academic staff recorded the lowest benchmark for only 7℅.
In terms of satisfaction, users were most satisfied (very satisfied + fairly satisfied) by library opening hours ( 65℅ + 35%) and helpfulness of staff (95℅+ 5%) and no discontent was shown by readers. It is the availability of books, availability of journals, and readability of wi-fi where users were discontented (not satisfied) 10%, 20%, and 19% respectively.
