The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart shows the proportions of individuals that use library at a university, whereas the table provides data on the satisfaction level of library users.

Overall, most visitors of the university library students pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree. People were the most satisfied with the helpful attitude of the library staff whereas unavailability of journals had the highest negative responses.

Undergraduate students made up the highest portion of the library visitors with 44%. 25% of individuals that used the library were post-graduate students; this was followed by 16% post-graduates enrolled part-time. Academic staff such as professors and distant learners of all courses had the smallest share. 8% of all library visitors were distant learners, followed by 7% of users which were university's academic staff.

The result of the survey shows that people had an overall positive reaction towards the library opening schedule hours; 65% reported being very contended and 35% reported being moderately pleased. Helpfulness of the library staff had the highest satisfaction percentage with 95% being very satisfied and only 5% being fairly happy. Availability of books had mixed responses; 50% were absolutely pleased, 4% had an overall positive experience, and only 10% had some complaints. Same trend is observed in journals availability and wi-fi reliability with 45% and 48% absolutely positive reviews. But these two categories had the two highest dissatisfied percentages as 20% people were unhappy about journals being unavailable and 19% were displeased about wi-fi being unreliable.
