The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of multiple library users, while the table depicts the data of the survey about the satisfaction of various services offered by the Library.

Overall, the pie chart demonstrates that the library is being used by Full-time undergraduate, post graduate, part-time postgraduate, academic staff and individuals with distance learning. The table highlights the resources being provided by the library which includes time duration, cooperation of staff, books and journals, and wi-fi.

The highest number of library users are Full-time undergraduate students. 1/4th of the total individuals taking benefit from library are Full-time post graduate students. 16% are part-time postgraduate students. Academic staff and Distance learning community is occupying the same proportion with just a difference of 1%.

The survey was based on different services and the expected outcomes are Very satisfied, Fairly satisfied and Not satisfied. The stats shows that nobody is dissatisfied with the opening hours of library and staff services. However, a huge proportion of library is being used by undergraduate students, half of them are very satisfied with books, whereas a 10% are not satisfied. Journal and wi-fi are two major things for researchers and 19 to 20% people have showed dissatisfaction as these two are adequate and reliable.

In conclusion, this survey can help the authorities to work on the weaker side.
