The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Given are the two figures revealing categories of the library users and their satisfaction level.

It is apparent from the information provided by the pie chart that the full-time undergraduates are dominating the users by the astonishing rate of 44 percent. Followed by the full-time postgraduates and the part-time postgraduates at the rate of 25 percent and 16 percent respectively. Whereas, the academic staff and the distance learners both combined forms a mere 16 percent.

It is interesting to note that maximum users are satisfied from the helpfulness of the staff, where 95 percent are very satisfied and remaining are fairly satisfied. However, 65 percent users are fully satisfied from the library opening hours, while other remains fairly satisfied. It admitted that 45 to 50 percent users are not fully satisfied by the availability of books, the journals and the reliability of wi-fi.

Overall, the full-time undergraduates and postgraduates dominated the library user and except the helpfulness of staff other all areas are to be improved.
