The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart illustrate the proportion of various fields people utilization of library and the given table illustrate the information about user experience of library.
To begin with, as per the pie chart, there are mainly 5 fields such as academic staff, full-time undergraduate ,full-time postgraduate, part-time postgraduate and distance learning. The maximum proportion of usage of library by full-time undergraduate, which is 44% of total proportion. However, the minimum consumption of library by academic staff. In addition to, full-time postgraduate and part-time postgraduates uses library 25% and 16% respectively. Lastly, all courses usage of library is only 8%.
Furthermore, according to table, there are mainly 5 features related to user satisfaction. The highly satisfied people with the helpfulness of staff and library opening hours. Which is 95% and 65% respectively. While, the lowest number of people are not satisfied. In addition to this, the availability of books and journals are mostly satisfied with around half of the total proportion. But, majority of the people are fairly satisfied with the availability of books and journals. In the end, reliability of wi-fi most of the people are very satisfied which is 48% and not satisfied ratio 19%.
Overall, the full-time undergraduates are highly usage of library. In contrast, the maximum users are satisfied with helpfulness of staff.
