The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The pie-chart demonstrates the proportion of five different categories of users of library while, the table shows the data based on a survey with respect to five different resources provided by the library.

Overall, it can be seen that the highest proportion of library users are full-time undergraduates and least goes to academic staff. Almost all the people are happy with the cooperation of staff and highest proportion of people dissatisfied with the two services which are availability of journals and wi-fi.

Looking into the details, 44% users are full-time undergraduates, the highest percentage on the pie chart followed by full time graduates with 25% .
