The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The pie chart demonstrates the proportion of five different categories of users of university's library while the table shows the data based on a survey with respect to five different resources provided by the library.
Overall, it can be seen that the highest proportion of library users are full-time undergraduates and the least goes to academic staff. Almost all the people are happy with the cooperation of staff and the highest proportion of people dissatisfied with the two services are availability of journals and Wi-fi.
Looking into the details, 44% users are full-time undergraduates, the highest percentage on the pie chart followed by full time graduates with 25% and then comes the part-time postgraduates that are 16%. The least number of visitors are from distance learning and academic staff with a proportion of 8% and 7% respectively.
It can be seen from the table that 95% of users are very satisfied with the assistance of staff and 5% are fairly satisfied. All the visitors are satisfied with the opening hours with a percentage of 65% as very satisfied and 35% as fairly satisfied. 50% of users are very satisfied with the availability of books while 40% are fairly satisfied and only 10% are not satisfied with this service. Availability of journals and Wi-fi issues lead the column of not satisfied users with 20% and 19% respectively. 45% and 48% of users are very content with journals availability and and trust on Wi-fi while 35% and 33% respectively are fairly content. Nobody is dissatisfied with library opening hours and staff's help.
