The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Below is a pie chart and a table that illustrates the result of the survey of people who visits the library in a university and their satisfactory level.

Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted for the highest number of visitors. In contrast, academic staff had the lowest attendance. Further more Helpfulness of staff had the highest satisfactory review, while availability of books recorded the highest fairly satisfied, then, availability of journals recorded the most complaint of not being satisfied.

Full time graduate visited the library frequently and accounted for 44% of the members of the library, followed by full time postgraduate which recorded 25% of library users. Part time postgraduate had 16% of the total members of the library, in contrast, distance learning had recorded 8% which is just half of the part-time postgraduate percentage. Academic staff visited the library less often, recording 7% of the library users.

More so, there were reviews on the satisfactory level of library users. Helpfulness of staff accounted for the highest review of being very satisfied recording 95% and 5% were fairly satisfied with 0% of users who were not satisfied. 65% of library users were very satisfied with the library opening hours, however, 35% were fairly satisfied with 0% not satisfied. 50% of users were very satisfied with the availability of books in the library, 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% were not satisfied. Availability of journals recorded the lowest percentage with 45% of users who were very satisfied, however, 35% were fairly satisfied and 20% of people complained of not being satisfied. Furthermore,19% of users were not satisfied with the reliability of wifi, 33% were fairly satisfied and 48% were very satisfied.
