The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart compares categories of library users, while the table illustrates survey of satisfaction of users.
Overall, full time undergraduate acquired the highest proportion for library usage, whereas academic staff and distance learning( all courses) recorded least percentage. According to survey of user satisfaction most users very satisfied by helpfulness of staff, and not satisfied with availability of journals.
Full-time undergraduates stood at 44% in library usage, followed by Full-time graduates with 25%. Part time postgraduates recorded 16%. Moreover, least proportion was seen in distance learning and academic staff, where it constituted only 8% and 7% respectively.
On the other hand, users, who was very satisfied was represented highest proportion in helpfulness of staff at 95% and 5% in fairly satisfied, followed by library opening hours with 65% and 35% respectively. In both categories users with not satisfaction was 0. Availability of books reported 50% for very satisfied, 40% for fairly satisfied and 10% as not satisfied. Subsequently, availability of journals recorded 45%, 35% and 20% ratio for satisfaction survey respectively.
