Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

You have successfully identified the main features of both the chart and the table. You provided a clear overview and supported your points with relevant data from the prompt. However, the response lacks a degree of analytical depth. For instance, while you listed the percentages of user categories, you did not explicitly compare them beyond a simple statement. To reach a higher band, ensure you group data points more effectively to highlight trends or contrasts, such as comparing the high satisfaction with staff helpfulness against the lower satisfaction regarding journal availability. The information is accurate, but the presentation could be more cohesive in its analytical approach.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The response is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. You use some cohesive devices like 'However' and 'Though', but the transition between sentences is sometimes mechanical. For example, the start of the final paragraph, 'Analyzing the satisfaction level of all user, under the term...', is slightly awkward and lacks a smooth connection to the previous paragraph. Additionally, some referencing is unclear; using 'So' at the start of a sentence is informal and does not effectively link ideas. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would enhance the flow.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey the main points, such as 'satisfaction level', 'availability', and 'categories'. However, there are recurring errors in word choice and form, such as 'more of full-time undergraduate student' (should be 'more full-time undergraduate students') and 'not much satisfied' (should be 'not very satisfied'). You also tend to repeat the word 'satisfied' frequently. To improve, try to use synonyms or vary your phrasing to demonstrate a more flexible control of language. The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision and sophistication required for higher bands.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'there is less academic staff' instead of 'there are fewer academic staff') and missing articles (e.g., 'use library' instead of 'use the library'). Additionally, some sentences are fragmented or awkwardly phrased, such as 'Even 19% user facing issue in reliability of wi-fi.' While these errors rarely impede communication, they are persistent throughout the text. Focusing on pluralization and article usage would significantly improve the accuracy of your writing.
