The chart and table illustrate the results of a survey of libraray users at univerity. Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted for the highest proportion of libarary users, whereas the lowest share was recorded by the academic staff. Furthermore, most of the library users were satisfied by the staff, and most of them were not satisfied by the avaiability of journals. Regarding the categories of library users, full-time undergraduates recorded the highest proportion, at 44%, whereas full-time post graduates were considerably lower, at 25%. Meanwhile, the percentage of part-time postgraduates were 16%. The figures for the academic staff and distance learniing was 7% and 8% respectively. In terms of users satisfaction, helpfulness of staff accounted for 95% of users satisfaction, 5% were fairly satisfied, and no one was not satisfied. Closely followed by opening hours of library, which recorded 65% of very satisfied, 35% of fairly satisfeid and 0% of not satisfied. the figures for availability of books made up 50% of very satisfied, and 40% and 10% of fairly and not satisfied. availability of journals accounted for 45% of very satisfied, 33% of fairly satisfied, and 20% of not satisfied. the figures for reliability of wifi stood at 48% for very satisfied, 33% were fairly satisfied and 19% of not satisfied.
