Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrates the outcome of a survey of five categories of library users at a university.
Overall, it can be seen that most of the full-time undergraduate individuals access library often compared to other categories. However academic staff shows less interest. Several customer satisfied with staff because of helpfulness.
To begin with, The proportion of full-time postgraduate accounted for 25%. Which is second largest. Following this 16% part-time postgraduate use library. Distance learning and academic staff stood at 8% and 7% respectively. However full-time undergraduate people are more insterested while using library which is 44%.
65% consumers are very satisfied in library opening hours and 35% users are fairly satisfied with this. 95% adults are more satisfied with helpfulness of staff but 5% people fairly satisfied. Due availability of books 50% are more happy but 40% less satisfied also 10% are not satisfied. Availability of journals and relibility of wi-fi 45% and 48% users are very satisfied respectively.
