Turning to the second one, courteousness got the highest chunk at 95% while lack of books got a dissatisfaction percentage of 10%.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
You have successfully identified the main features of both the chart and the table, providing a clear overview. You included relevant data points such as the 44% share for full-time students and the 95% satisfaction rate for courteousness. However, the response could be improved by making more direct comparisons between categories. For instance, you mention the 7% share for personnel but do not explicitly contrast this with the dominant student groups. Additionally, the analysis of the table is somewhat fragmented; grouping the satisfaction data more logically would enhance the clarity of your report. Overall, you have addressed the requirements of the task well.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The response is logically organized into distinct paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the information. You use some cohesive devices such as 'In contrast' and 'Turning to the second one' to transition between ideas. However, the flow within paragraphs could be smoother. Some sentences feel slightly disconnected, and the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical. To reach a higher band, try to vary your linking phrases and ensure that each sentence builds clearly upon the previous one, rather than simply listing figures.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'distribution', 'patrons', and 'hospitality' appropriately. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there is a reliance on simpler phrasing such as 'got the highest chunk' or 'got the lowest share'. These expressions are informal and lack the precision expected in an academic report. To improve, focus on using more sophisticated academic collocations and precise reporting verbs to describe the data trends.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5
Your grammar is generally clear, and the meaning is never in doubt. You use a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, such as 'Students who are taking their post graduate studies came in at second at 25%'. There are a few minor errors, such as 'the 44% or almost half' (the article 'the' is unnecessary here) and 'post graduate' (should be hyphenated). While you have good control, the range of complex structures is somewhat limited. Increasing the variety of your sentence patterns would help elevate your score.
