The pie chart and table illustrates below the reports of a survey of the library users in a particular university.
Overall. majority of the individuals using the school library are the full time undergraduates, followed by a moderate number of full-time and part-time postgraduates and other categories using it less. In addition, the table represents data on different grading of user's satisfication while using the library amenities and its staff.
About half of the undergraduate went to use the library more compared with 25 percent of full-time postgraduates and 16 percent part-time postgrads while the minority in the access of the library are only 8 percent whom are doing remote courses as well as 7% of the college staff.
Moving on to user's satisfaction, Quite a number 65 percent reported being satisfied the opening hours, 35 percent a moderate number claimed being farly dissatisfied. In comparison, a vast majority of people, 95 percent reported they were happy with the helpfulness of library staff while a few 5 percent who complained of being fairly dissatifed. Whereas a zero value in noted of individuals who were dissatisfied.
