Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of different types of library users, while the table shows their levels of satisfaction with five aspects of the library.
Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted for the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, staff helpfulness received by far the most positive ratings, while the availability of journals recorded the highest proportion of dissatisfied users.
Full-time undergraduates made up the largest proportion of library users, at 44%. This was followed by full-time postgraduates, who accounted for 25%, while part-time postgraduates represented a further 16%. Distance learners and academic staff constituted considerably smaller proportions, at 8% and 7%, respectively.
The most positive results were recorded for the helpfulness of library staff, with 95% of users reporting that they were very satisfied and the remaining 5% being fairly satisfied. Similarly, 65% were very satisfied with the opening hours and 35% were fairly satisfied, meaning that neither category had any dissatisfied users. The availability of books received slightly lower ratings, with 50% being very satisfied and 10% dissatisfied. By comparison, journals had the least favourable results, with 20% dissatisfied. Wi-Fi showed a similar pattern, although 48% were very satisfied and 19% were dissatisfied.
