The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The given pie chart illustrates the five different categories of library users :whereas, the given tables represents the library user satisfaction in three distinct categories.
Overall, full time undergraduate highly preferred library : whereas, least preferred by academic staff. In addition, satisfaction of helpfulness of staff was highest comparing to others.
In the pie chart , library used by academic staff and distance learning was lowest about 7%and 8%. Meanwhile, part- time postgraduates ratio was 16% slightly lower than full time postgraduates. The proportion of full time postgraduates was 25%. At last, the highest percentage was 44% spend by full time undergraduate.
On the other side, library user satisfaction was highest in two groups, first was library opening hour about 65 while second was helpfulness of staff nearly 95. In addition, availability of books and journals was about 50 and 45. However, dissatisfied by nearly 10 and 20. Meanwhile, realibility of wi fi was 48 satisfied while 19 are not satisfied by the service. Fairly satisfied 33
