The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart illustrates the five different categories of library users, whereas the tables represent the levels of library user satisfaction in three distinct categories.

Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted for the largest proportion of library users, while academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the highest level of satisfaction, whereas the availability of books and journals had comparatively lower satisfaction levels.

According to the pie chart, academic staff and distance-learning students accounted for the smallest proportions of library users, at 7% and 8%, respectively. Meanwhile, part-time postgraduates made up 16% of users, which was slightly lower than the figure for full-time postgraduates, at 25%. Full-time undergraduates represented the largest proportion, at 44%.

Turning to library user satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff had the highest satisfaction rate, at approximately 95%. Library opening hours also received a relatively high level of satisfaction, at around 65%. In comparison, satisfaction with the availability of books and journals was lower, at approximately 50% and 45%, respectively. The proportion of users who were dissatisfied with these services was about 10% and 20%. Regarding the reliability of Wi-Fi, 48% of users were satisfied with the service, while 19% were dissatisfied and 33% were fairly satisfied.
