Overall, it is clear that the highest percentage of shares was recorded in the categories of full-time undergraduate and full-time postgraduate, while the lowest percentage was recorded for academic staff. In addition, the highest proportion of users reported very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff.
The maximum percentage of library users (44%) was recorded among full-time undergraduate, whereas the figure for full-time postgraduate was lower, at 25%. Moreover, 16% of users were part-time postgraduates. Meanwhile, distance learning (all coursers) and academic staff accounted for 8% and 7% of library users.
Regarding user satisfaction, the numerous proportion 95% of user reported being very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, while the figure was decreased by 5% with fairly satisfied and none were not satisfied. Furthermore, the figure of library opening hours, 65% of users were very satisfied, and 35% were fairly satisfied, with 0% not satisfied reported. 50% of users were very satisfied, 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% were not satisfied with availability of books. In addition, the availability of journals recorded from 45% for very satisfied, 35% for fairly satisfied, and 20% for not satisfied. Finally, the reliability of wi-fi represented from 48% very satisfied, 33% fairly satisfied, and 19% not satisfied responses.
