The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The data depicts the survey results at university based on library users and their satisfaction rate.
Overall, the major proportion of library users are full time undergraduate students, while university students were very satisfied with library staff.
It is clear that full time students are maximum users of university library, among them 44% are undergraduates and 25% are postgraduate students. Academic staff recorded least proportion of library visitors at 7%, while part-time postgraduate students contributed 16%.
The satisfaction rating criteria include very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied. The helpfulness of staff received the highest satisfaction rate at 95% as very satisfied with 0% non satisfaction rate, while the library opening hours recorder second very satisfied feature at 65%. The availability of books received mixed reviews from survey, 50% very satisfied, 40% fairly and 10% students are not satisfied. Whereas 20% of them are not satisfied with journal availability. The wi-fi reliability rated at 48%, 33% and 19% as very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied respectively.
