The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the categories of library users while the table shows the result given by users whether they are satisfied with the services or not.
Overall, the chart shows that a significant users are full-time undergraduates while least users are academic staffs and distance learning students of all courses. In contrast, table shows that a considerable number of people are satisfied with helpfulness of staff whereas a large group of people are not satisfied with availability of journals.
According to the chart, 44% of proportion accounted by full-time undergraduates while only 7 percent of overall users represented by academic staff. Similarly, distance learning students also shares only 8% of proportion whereas 25% and 16% shares to full-time postgraduates and part-time postgraduates respectively.
The table shows the reviews of user satisfaction where 65% users are very satisfied with library opening hours while 35% are fairly satisfied and no one is not satisfied. Moreover, 95% are very satisfied with helpfulness of staff and only 5% are fairly satisfied. 10% are not satisfied with availability of books while 50% are fully satisfied and 40 are fairly. Similarly, 20% are not satisfied with journals and 45% and 35% are fully satisfied and fairly respectively. 48% of users are satisfied with reliability of wifi while 33% are neutral and 19% are not satisfied with the service.
