The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The following pie chart demonstrates a conclusion of the users review at a certain university's library.

Users are categorized based on their spending time in library. Most of the proportion are of full time-undergraduate students representing 44% followed by fully-time postgraduate showing 25%. Furthermore, part-time post graduates are of 16%, with distance learning and academic staff are on least percentage around 8% and 7% respectively.

There are 65% individuals are satisfied , 35% are fairly satisfied with zero percentage are not satisfied about about library opening hours. Most of the persons are satisfied by 95% and fairly satisfied by 5% regarding helpfulness of staff. Although, 50% are satisfied with the availability of books, while 40% are fairly satisfied and 10% are not satisfied. Moreover, in the context of availability of journals 45% are very satisfied following by 35% fairly satisfied with 20% of not satisfied. In case of reliability of wi-fi, 48% are very satisfied with 33% are fairly with 19% not satisfied.
