The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and the table illustrate the key findings of the quantitative survey conducted to explore the category of library users and their satisfaction levels respectively.

Looking at the different proportions of pie chart, it is interesting to find that 69% of regular undergraduate and postgraduate students utilize the library resources. Whereas a comparatively low proportion from part-time postgrad (16%) and distant learning (8%) students use the library facility. Surprisingly a very low proportion of academic staff including only 7%, use library resources.

The table depicts the satisfaction level of library users. 95% of users have found the staff very helpful, followed by 65% users who are much satisfied with opening hours of the facility. 90% of users have reported high to fair satisfaction for the availability of books in the library. But unfortunately a significant number of users are not satisfied with the availability of journals (20%) and provision of reliable wifi (19%) in the facility.
