The pie chart shows the different categories of people who used a university library, while the table gives information
about their satisfaction whit various aspects.
Overall, full time undergraduate were the largest group of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest proportion. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the highest ratings, while the availability of journals had the lowest level of satisfaction.
According to the pie chart, 44% of library users were full-time undergraduates. Full-time postgraduate students accounted for 25%, making them the second- largest group.Part-time students represented 16% of users, while distance-learning students made up 8%. Academic staff were the smallest group, at only 7%.
The table shows satisfaction levels for five categories: For Library opening hours, 65% were Very satisfied, 35% Fairly satisfied, and 0% Not satisfied. For Helpfulness of staff, 95% were Very satisfied, 5% Fairly satisfied, and 0% Not satisfied. For Availability of books, 50% were Very satisfied, 40% Fairly satisfied, and 10% Not satisfied.
