The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table depict the results of a survey of library users at a university category wise and user satisfaction wise.
Overall, it is clear that almost half of the users of library is from full-time undergraduate users. And the most satisfaction of users from library comes through the helpfulness of staff.
At first, the highest number of library users are full time undergraduates which accounts for 44%, followed by full time postgraduates at 25%. the full time undergraduate users and full time postgraduate students covers almost 70% of users. While, the part-time postgraduates is third highest users' category with 16% share. the remaining shares are almost equally distributed between distance learners from all courses and the academic staff which is 8% and 7% respectively.
On the other hand, for users' satisfaction, staffs' helpfulness accounted highest percentage of user satisfaction who are very satisfied and the least percentage of fairly satisfied which is 5%, followed by library opening hours which is 65% with vary satisfied users and 35% fairly satisfied users. While, the availability of journals has the lowest percentage of very satisfied users 45% and the highest percentage of not satisfied users. However, the percentage of user satisfaction for very satisfied users for availability of books and reliability of wi-fi is quite similar 50% and 48% respectively. But the percentage of not satisfied users for reliability of wi-fi is comparatively higher than the percentage of not satisfied users of availability of books. Lastly, there is a minimal gap between the percentage of fairly satisfied students for availability of books and reliability of wi-fi which is 40% and 33% respectively.

The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, with an introduction, an overview, and two body paragraphs. You use cohesive devices such as 'Overall', 'At first', and 'On the other hand' to guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as the transition between the user categories and the satisfaction data. The use of referencing is generally clear, but the internal cohesion within the second body paragraph could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words to connect the satisfaction metrics more fluidly.

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'accounts for', 'distributed', and 'minimal gap'. There are some inaccuracies in word choice, such as 'staffs' helpfulness' (should be 'staff helpfulness') and 'vary satisfied' (likely a typo for 'very satisfied'). While you attempt to use more precise language, some phrasing is repetitive, particularly the repeated use of 'percentage of'. To improve, try to vary your vocabulary by using synonyms or different sentence structures to describe statistical data, and pay closer attention to pluralization and word forms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures.
