The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The rendered hybrid chart represents the results of a survey conducted in a library and its users and its satisfaction at a university.

Overall it is apparent that the library is mostly used by the full time undergraduates, moreover it was maximum satisfied by the helpful nature of the staff.

Turning to the details, the library was mostly used by the full time undergraduates at 44%. The usage of library have a negligible difference of 1% between academic staff(7%) and distance learning(8%). Coming to the full time graduates, they have 1/4th part in the total usage of library. The part time postgraduates have a part in usage at 16%.

Moving further, the users are most satisfied by the helpfulness of the staff at 95% and 5% are fairly satisfied whereas the users are least satisfied by the availability of journals as 45% are very satisfied, 35% are fairly satisfied and 19% are not satisfied. The availability of books are 10% more in the report of most satisfied one's than the fairly satisfied.
