The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrate the results of a survey of library consumers and compares the proportion of users satisfaction at a university.
Overall, it is clear that full-time undergraduates accounted for almost half of the total survey, while academic staff had the lowest. In addition, in table helpfulness of staff represented the highest percentage, whereas availability of journals constituted for smallest share in not satisfied category.
Regarding largest figures in pie chart, full-time undergraduate were outstanding, standing at 44% which made almost half of the total proportion. Moreover, part-time and full-time postgraduates shared around 16% and 25% respectively. However, distance learning manage to increase just over academic staff, standing at 8%.
In contrast, library users were most impressed by helpfulness of the staff which was around 95% and 5% were fairly satisfied. Library opening hours were the second-highest category with 65% very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied users. Availability of journals were the lowest in all of them wit
