The pie chart illustrates the result of a survey that was carried out on library users at a university.
Overall, the pie chart shows the categories of library users, while the table illustrates the proportion of library user's satisfaction. Regarding the pie chart, full-time undergraduate students use the library the most, with approximately 44% of users, although the academic staff use the least, with just 7%. full-time postgraduate has the second highest library users ranging exactly 25% of users, While the full-time postgraduate falls under the second lowest library users with only 8%. However, part-time postgraduate remain stable, which mean it is neither the highest nor the lowest ranging at exactly 16% users. Turning to the table it shows the library users satisfaction rate. Helpfulness of staff is rated the most satisfied by 95% of the users, even though library open tour consist of 65% very satisfied, but the remaining 35% are fairly satisfied. In terms of availability of books 50% of the users are fully satisfied, while the 40% is fairly satisfied, but 10% are not satisfied. For the availability of journal 45% are very satisfied, although 35 % are fairly satisfied, however the remaining 20% are not satisfied. Wifi is an significant features in library in the modderen days due to the introduction of e-books so for reliability on wi-fi 46% are fully satisfied and 33% are fairly satisfied, but 19%of the users are not satisfied.
In conclusion, regarding the pie chart Full time undergraduate uses library the most followed by full-time postgraduate. However academic staff uses library the least followed by distance learner. Turning back to the table, helpfulness of staff are rated the most satisfying. Nevertheless availability of journals has the highest rate of non-satisfied users.
