The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the percentage of the different categories of people using the library, while the table compares the satisfaction levels of those people.
Overall, the survey showed that full-time undergraduates occupied the library and made out of it the most as compared to others. However, library staff made the least use of it. Moreover, customers were highly satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff and the fewest people were dissatisfied with the availability of books.
The diagram depicts that the largest percentage 44% of the people who used the library were undergraduate students. Second and third positions are held by the postgraduate students where full-time students had 25% and part-time ones had 16%. Distance learning students and staff had the lowest percentages at 7% and 8%.
The table compares the data in percentages on the contentment of the people. Data revealed that 95% of the people were satisfied with the service of the staff. And the second thing of which the people were most satisfied were the opening hours. But fewer people, only 45%, were satisfied with the journal's availability in the library, as 20% of the customers were dissatisfied with the shortage. Furthermore, 10% of the people were worried about the range of book's avaiabiliy.
