Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the different categories of library users, while the table shows their satisfaction levels with the various aspects of the library.
Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted for the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the highest rating, while the availability of journals had the lowest level of satisfaction.
Full-time undergraduates made up 44% of all library users, followed by full-time postgraduates students at 25%. Part-time postgraduate students accounted for 16%, while distance-learning students represented 8%. Academic staff were the smallest category, at only 7%.
Regarding satisfaction, 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, and the remaining 5% were fairly satisfied. No users were dissatisfied with either staff helpfulness or library opening hours. Opening hours received 65% very satisfied and 35% fairly satisfied responses.
The availability of books was rated positively by 90% of users, with 50% being very satisfied and 40% fairly satisfied. For the availability of journals, 45% were very satisfied, while 35% were fairly satisfied and 20% were not satisfied. Finally, 48% were very satisfied with the reliability of Wi-Fi, compared with 33% who were fairly satisfied and 19% who were not satisfied.
