The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Overall, full-time undergraduates are the dominant users of the library whereas academic staff rank the lowest as a group. Users level of satisfaction is mostly very high with staffs helpfulness but lowest in the availability of journals in the library.

According to the categories, full-time undergrads account for 44% making them the highest utilizers of the library. Full-time postgraduates score the second-highest in the category with 25% users making 16% of the part-time postgrads third in the list. The remaining two users account for smaller proportion, 8% for distance learning students studying all subjects and 7% academic staff respectively.

In terms of their level of satisfaction across five distinct services, 95% of the users reported to be very satisfied with staff assistance and remaining 5% to be fairly satisfied, displaying the staffs customer centricity. Additionally, 65% of the users were very happy with the opening hours with 35% to be fairly happy making zero dissatisfied. However, 20% of the users were dissatisfied with the availability of journals, the highest dissatisfied reported. Furthermore, two more services had faced dissatisfaction; availability of books and dependability of internet, accounting for 10% and 19% respectively. Despite dissatisfaction from the other three services, the proportions were comparably low to the satisfaction levels.
