Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrate the outcome of a survey of 5 different categories of library users at a university.

Overall, the full-time undergraduate are the highest library users followed by full-time postgraduate, while the academic staff are the least users of the library. On the satisfaction of the library user, the helpfulness of staff had the highest satisfaction level with zero complaints, while availability of journals had the lowest satisfaction level with most number of dissatisfaction.

The full-time undergraduate were the highest users over time at 44 percent, the full-time and part-time postgraduate the library at a rate of 25 and 16 percent respectively. While the distance learning and academic staff are the least users of the library at 8 and 7 percent in corresponding order.

On the satisfaction level of the users, the library members were 100 percent satisfied with the helpfulness of staff and the library opening hours with zero complaint. Only 90 percent were pleased with the availability of books and 10 percent dissatisfied. Reliability of Wi-Fi and availability of journals had the least level of satisfaction overall, with 81 and 80 percent satisfaction, and 20 and 19 library users not pleased.
