The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given pie chart shows the results of a survey of library users at a university .

The given pie chart divides people on the basis of liabrary users firstly academic staff is 7% whereas distance learning 8% whereas part time postgraduate is around 16% whereas the count of full time post graduate is 25% customers are classified into three categories namely : very satisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied

The first category is liabrary opening hours in which very satisfied customers are 65% whereas fairly satisfied people are 35% meanwhile not satisfied customers are 0%.

The second category is helpfulness of staff in which very satisfied customers are 95% whereas fairly satisfied customers are 5% whereas not satisfied customers are 0% The third category is availability of books in which very satisfied customers are 95% meanwhile fairly satisfied indiviuals are 5% other than this not satisfied customers are 0%

The fourth category is availability of journals The very satisfied customers are 45% whereas fairly satisfied customers are 35% whereas customers that are not satisfied by the liabrary is 20% .
