The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart and table illustrates the results of five different categories of library users at a university.

Overall, the first full-time undergraduates were the largest users of library while, the academic staff were the smallest users of the library. Full-time postgraduate consists of 25 percent and part-time postgraduate consists of 16 percent of library users and the distance learning between the all courses is 8 percent.

The table represents the satisfaction level of different users. 100 percent users were satisfied with the library opening hours 0 percent are not satisfied. Same agree as helpfulness of staff while the 90 percent of students and staff were satisfied with the availability of books and 10 percent are not satisfied. Journals satisfied almost 80 percent while 20 percent are not satisfied. 81 percent were agree with reliability of wi-fi and 19 percent were not satisfied.

In summary, there are different users with their point of view satisfied or not satisfied with the various kinds of things about the university.
