The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)
The given Pie chart and table represent the conclusions of survey of library users at the university. The chart is divided into five categories of library users and the table shows the satisfaction level of library users whether he/she is very satisfied, fairly satisfied or not satisfied.
Overall, the pie chart shows that a large number of library users (almost 44%) are Full-time undergraduate and the minimum percentage of library users is 7% which is the category of Academic staff. Moreover, the table shows the satisfaction level of library users. it depends on several factors including library opening hours, Availibility of books and journals, Helpfulness of staff and wifi speed.
In Pie chart, we can see that the 44% of library users are Full-time undergraduate. So its clear that the Full-time undergraduate students are more intrested in reading books. The 2nd highest percentage is 25% who are Full-time postgraduate students. After that we have part-time postgraduate students percentage which is 16%. The least percentage of library users in this chart is 7% , which is the category of Academic staff.
The table shows the statisfaction level of library users, that shows that 95% of students are fully satisfied by the factor of helpfulness of staff. 10 percent users are not satisfied by availability of books and 20% are not satisfied by the availability of journals and 19% students are not satisfied from wi-fi.
