Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and table illustrate the findings of a survey of library users at a university.

Overall, full-time undergraduates accounted for the largest proportion of library users, while academic staff represented the smallest group. Regarding satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff received the highest rating, whereas the availability of journals recorded the lowest level of satisfaction.

Full-time undergraduates accounted for 44% of library users, followed by full-time postgraduates at 25% and part-time postgraduates at 16%. Distance learners and academic staff represented considerably smaller proportions, at 8% and 7% respectively. Together, the two full-time student groups made up more than two-thirds of all library users.

Regarding satisfaction, 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, compared with 65% for library opening hours. The availability of books and journals received relatively similar ratings, with 50% and 45% being very satisfied, respectively. Meanwhile, 48% of users were very satisfied with Wi-Fi reliability, while 19% were not satisfied.
