The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given figure and table shows the result of a survey of library user at university.
Overall, there are various categories of library users. Library is mostly used by full-time undergraduate. And there ratio is about 44%. The least ratio is of academic staff in library. And there ratio is 7%.
However, library is mostly used by full-time undergraduate and there ratio is 44%. And then library is mostly used by full-time postgraduate and there ratio is 25%. Part-time postgraduate also use library and there ratio is 16%. Distance learning( all courses) also use library there ratio is 8%. The least ratio is of academic staff in library and there ratio is 7%.
They also gave an satisfaction table of library users. In which they have described the satisfaction of users. With library opening hours 65 users are very satisfied and 35 are fairly satisfied and 0 are not satisfied. Helpfulness of staff 95 users are satisfied and 35 users are fairly satisfied and 0 are not satisfied. With the availability of books almost 50 user are very satisfied and 40 user are fairly satisfied and 10 user are not satisfied. Availability of journals 45 are very satisfied and 35 are fairly satisfied and 20 are not satisfied. With the reliability of wi-fi 48 users are satisfied and 33 are fairly satisfied and 19 are not satisfied.
In my opinion, availability of books and journals and reliability of wi-fi are the main issues of library.
