The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart and tabular representation illustrate the outcomes of a survey of library users at a university.

Overall, full-time undergraduate students were the majority users of the library, whilst the academic staff made up a small proportion. A substantial percentage of the library users were very satisfied with all the services.

Full-time undergraduate students made up 44% of the total library members followed by full-time postgraduates and part-time postgraduates at 25% and 16% respectively. While distance learning students from all courses accounted for 8%, academic staff added up to just 7%.

Moving further, 65% of the users were very satisfied with the opening hours of the library, whereas 35% reported to be fairly satisfied. Almost all the patrons were very satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff. Although 50% and 45% users were very satisfied with the availability of books and journals respectively, 10% showed dissatisfaction about the books and 20% for the journals. Lastly, 48% of the users found the wifi to be very reliable, though 19% believed the contrary.
